WHET YOUR APPETITE – FOR APPETITE FOR EXCELLENCE
Adelaide’s intimate dinner for the annual Whet your Appetite event, was held at PUBLIC in April. Public’s head chef and 2012 Appetite for Excellence winner Stewart Wesson gave guests an inside view of fresh, new and talented Australian culinary stars. Young Chefs, waiters and restaurateurs from around Australia worked as a collaborative, treating guests to a three course feast with matched beverages. Guests also had the opportunity to interact with the chefs and waiters to learn firsthand what makes these professional tick.
