Our style is an eclectic mix of ‘old and new‘, inspired by the theme of public spaces, such as old railway stations & grand libraries. PUBLIC is a destination eatery for the quick luncher or the lingering foodie.

Our team are passionate about creating simple, yet interesting bistro style dishes using seasonal local produce where possible. All pasta and range of items from the patisserie are made in-house at PUBLIC.
Over in the ‘Deli’ next door, you will find a selection of freshly made panini, salads & more! (check out our menu) where you can create your own, sandwich or salad from our fresh ingredients and house made spreads!

At PUBLIC we can provide catering for your next meeting, office function or social event. Our kitchen team can create breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner options in canapé style, platter or individual offerings.
Please take a look at our new catering menu and call us to discuss any dietary requirements or we would be happy to design something to suit your next event.
We would love at least 24 hours notice for any catering bookings, but if you forget, just call us and we will do our best to work something out on the day.
We can deliver your catering too!

PUBLIC is available for exclusive events Monday-Friday from 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays, during the day and evenings.
AT PUBLIC WE LOVE A GOOD PARTY and our flexible floor plan ensures a variety of set up options for your next event.
We can accommodate for up to 120 guests in a cocktail style or 80 guests in a seated style.
