VIP MEDIA LAUNCH – New “Freestyle Friday” night menu
Upon PUBLIC’s head chef, Stewart Wesson’s return from competing in the San Pellegrino Cooking cup in Venice, PUBLIC launches a new “share plates” menu to their “Freestyle Friday” trading night!
Media gathered around the “open-style” kitchen to sample a selection of the many dishes on offer, in the larger more extensive Friday night menu, available in the bar and restaurant area.
