SPANISH NIGHT AT PUBLIC by Luke Southwood – June 27th
On Friday night, June 27th, PUBLIC CBD will transform into an authentic Spanish Tapas bar offering a mouth-watering selection of hot and cold Tapas and traditional Paella Valenciana on Friday nights.
Head Chef, Luke Southwood’s culinary career began in Spain and now spans 25 years. Bringing his experience in Spanish food, especially Catalan and Basque to “Freestyle Fridays” at PUBLIC.
The evening, along with a traditional Paella Valenciana , will include tapas dishes such as, Salted Barramundi croquettes, Fried ‘Pimientos de Padron ‘ (spicy baby peppers, Jamon Iberico with ‘Pan con Tomate’, Tortilla Espanola (Authentic potato and onion Spanish omelette) & Fresh sardines in escabeche, to name a few.
There will also be a tasting menu for the evening $75 per head, which includes: Jug of Sangria on arrival, a selection of Tapas from our Tapas bar, authentic Paella Valenciana (chicken, fish, shellfish and saffron) & Churros with chocolate.
