Porkstar_Adl_085_dessert3The Adelaide event for the national PORKSTARS event was held at PUBLIC. 90 Chefs and food media enjoyed the innovative menu creative by Australia’s rising young talent, and PUBLIC’s head chef, Stewart Wesson. Winner of 2012 Appetite for Excellence Young Chef of the year award, Stewart’s four course menu pushed the limits on the versatility of pork.
